Harvey Burritt
Rumour has it, that as a child, Harvey learned to read from carpet labels. Soon after that, he joined the family business in 1974 and became the third generation of Burritts in the business. Now, along with running the place and serving residential and design customers in the showroom, Harvey personally trains the staff. After all, it’s his name on the neon sign.
Jake Lopez
We might be the first carpet and flooring store with a concierge – let alone one who speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and Filipino. Jake will make you feel at home, and he may even offer you tea, coffee or water and a tour of the showroom.
Jen Chatelain
Jen isn’t just a pretty face. Our Miss Chatelain has formal training in interior design from BCIT and can help you find “the look” you’re after. She may even offer some recommendations while conducting your in-home carpet measurements.
Jocelyn Young
If it weren’t for our showroom maven, Jocelyn, you might be overwhelmed by our 15,000+ carpet and flooring samples. She keeps us, and all our product information and samples, wonderfully organized.
Keith Donegani
Although his last name doesn’t show it, Keith is a part of the Burritt family and represents the fourth generation in the business. In addition to having a vast knowledge of broadloom carpet, he’s also our consummate expert on area rugs.
Nel Van Laare
Do you remember the sales person you bought your carpet from 10 years ago? Nel’s customers do. Carpets and rugs are Nel’s passion, which is why generations of our customers ask for her by name. It might also be why she’s graced us with her presence for more than 30 years.
Patrice Schnurr
While the newest member of our staff, Patrice is no stranger to the interior design industry. She’s worked in designer fabric and wall coverings, and now is our flooring ambassador to the design trade.
Trevor Boyd
At 6’5”, Trevor really does stand head and shoulders above the rest and is our in-house expert on ceramic tile and carpet. You may not always know what you want or what you need, but Trevor takes pride in helping you find both.
